We started AI Expansion Partners because we kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant AI companies stalling at the border. Not because their product was wrong, but because nobody owned the unglamorous, operational work of building a real sales motion in an unfamiliar market. Intros were made. Decks were sent. And then nothing compounded.
